"Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is a stress management program developed at
the University of Massachusetts Medical Center’s Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care, and Society over 30 years ago. MBSR uses mindfulness mediation (a secular form of meditation) and
gentle movement exercises to cultivate present moment awareness. You will learn effective methods of dealing with pain and stress.
