Gentle Flow Yoga - A relaxing environment in which to explore the creative movement of your body & improve your mobility!
Happiness Yoga - An energetic class designed to work the physical, mental, and emotional body. Ideal for anyone who just wants a good workout but also for those who want to work through sadness, loss, anger, or anxiety to arrive at happiness and well being. Bring a towel and water in addition to your mat, and let’s get to work!
Just for Beginners - For beginners and those who like to keep it basic. It's for students looking for a basic and well-rounded yoga program. Students will be instructed and supported in learning the process of proper alignment in the poses, breathing techniques, the use of props in your practice to build confidence in your yoga postures, as well as introductory meditation and relaxation techniques.
Midday Light Flow - A light class that fits neatly during your lunch hour to keep you feeling relaxed and at peace throughout your day!
Prenatal Friendly Yoga - A safe and gentle class for women to attend throughout their pregnancy. Moms will learn specific yoga poses, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques designed to relieve the physical and emotional discomforts that occur during pregnancy. Prenatal Yoga will benefit you through all stages of your pregnancy.
Slow Flow - Start your weekend right with a slow flow practice to help re-energize and relax you simultaneously.
Stress Relief - Learn techniques to reduce stress through yoga, meditation, and mindfulness.
Yoga for Couch Potatoes - Are you a couch potato? Do you think you're too "out of shape" for yoga? Come on in build some strength and gain some
flexibility.
Yoga Foundations - A great class for beginners who are interested in starting Yoga, but are afraid they are “not flexible”, “overweight”, or "can't do yoga". We will cover all the basics including postures, breathing, meditation, relaxation, beginning yoga philosophy, & more! There will be tips on how to incorporate yoga techniques into your daily life, for a happier, more balanced, and stress free you! This class is NOT a drop in class, you must sign up for the whole 4 week course.
Yoga Foundations II - Continue your yoga education in this sequel to Yoga Foundations. All are welcome, no pre-registration required!
