as an amazing, exhilarating, enjoyable
experience.
i look upon everything and everyone with
love.
and when i feel love, i truly feel love,
removed of any fear, because i would never want the weight of my fears to
block my chance at experiencing something beautiful and amazing. my mind is
mine to control.
my mind is mine to control.
i am frustrated because so many
people fear love. if you connect with your
true potential for love, then
you will see there is nothing to be fearful of,
because nothing can ever
harm you when you are coming from that place.
NOTHING
CAN EVER HARM YOU.
love is pretty much the most amazing
experience there is in the World, and
not JUST romantic and intimate love,
although that, and familial love are what
most of us are familiar with
experiencing, there is another kind of love though,
it is the love you feel
when you know that we are all one.
that is namaste...
soul recognition, we are all united. my soul recognizes
your soul, i honor
the place of love, light, truth, beauty, and kindness within
you, as it is
also within me. when i am in this place, and you are in this
place, there
is no distance and no difference between us. we are one.
allowing
yourself to feel love, removed of fear, and for everything, is not a
promise that you will never again cry or get frustrated or have a bad day... but
i can say that allowing yourself to experience love, removed of fear will
create
awareness, it will better help you to navigate your feelings, it
will assist in
easing the mind. it will help you to see that having a bad
day does not equate
to having a bad life, and all of your troubling past
experiences worn like
badges and blockades can be recognized for what they
were and
released.
if you are scared, start
small... love an animal, they will always love you
back; love a rock, love
the grass, love the sun. just say you love something,
anything; and that
love will come back to you, and when you start to feel it
coming back, your
life will be forever changed.

Dana believes that an increase in motion increases a persons quality of life. After discovering that truth for herself, she set out to raise this awareness in the lives of
others. Believing that yoga was an accessible form of movement for every
person, she sought her certification through Yoga for Peace in Southgate,
Michigan, and became certified with the yoga alliance.
Combining her backgrounds in education and fitness, Dana seeks to guide people into a more comfortable and
